DISCOVERY THROUGH FACILITATION

3 Hours | Virtually or in person

What to expect: Explore when facilitation is the best choice and how to prepare. Design small and large group facilitation practices and balance your own sharing. Break up groups and give directions. Handle questions effectively and develop questions to generate discussion.

What to expect: Create an environment that motivates positive behaviors. Plan and be intentional with your communication. Know when to coach and when to counsel, and then do each well. Recognize the purpose and value of recognition.

Full day sessions

Full-day Get Savvy trainings are $5,000. 25% nonprofit discount is $3,750 for up to 25 participants.

Half day sessions

Half-day Get Savvy trainings are $3,800. 25% nonprofit discount is $2,850 for up to 25 participants.

Session bundles

A 10% discount is applied when 2 or more trainings are contracted for at the same time.
